All data is stored on servers located in secure, ISO 27001-certified data centres. Video footage is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We implement industry-standard security measures including multi-factor authentication, intrusion detection, regular penetration testing, and access logging. However, no system is completely immune to security risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specific retention periods:
- Video footage: Retained according to your plan (7, 30, or 90 days), then automatically deleted
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after closure
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Support communications: Retained for 3 years
- Audit logs: Retained for 12 months
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7). Some data may be retained where required by law.
